YOUR TASKS Generate innovation ideas and use cases for new products or applications according to market trend, new technology or customer requirements. Feasibility study for new concepts/ideas from technology side and market side, perform system level analysis and generate system concept. Capture and analyze requirements, new ideas/ concept and potential risks and boundaries in application, responsible for project time, cost and final deliverables. Lead project team for thermal management related / actuator related/ sensor related project pre-development, coordinate with team members, and guarantee project delivery. Tracking/collecting automotive related market trend, new technology and new application, close monitor regulations/ association and industry standards/ specifications. Cooperate with the internal and external stakeholders – Product Center /Sales / Marketing / Business Development / Program management internally and Customer engineering teams/ suppliers / universities/ industry associations/ government agencies externally. Coordinate the innovation activities in company, develop key technical competencies and establish a strong network with internal and external engineering teams. Your Qualifications Bachelor degree or above Proficient in English, both spoken and written Engineering on Electronics or Related Have experience of NEV thermal management system related product, actuator/sensor related knowledge is a plus. At least 5 years’ experience on system/HW/SW engineering in automotive industry. Open mind for innovation, good communication skills.
